The agreement between DraftLynx and the people who use it.
The headings below outline what this page needs to cover, based on how DraftLynx actually works. The content must be written or reviewed by someone qualified before launch — do not rely on this page as it stands.
1. The service
What DraftLynx provides: site scanning and scoring, AI-assisted article drafting, image generation, and publishing to connected platforms. Note that it is provided as-is and may change.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Who may open an account, responsibility for credentials, and the rules for workspace members if you add team access.
3. Acceptable use
You may only connect and scan websites you own or are authorised to manage. Prohibit using DraftLynx to generate spam, deceptive content, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Credits, plans and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe. Credits are consumed by article drafts, generated images and refreshes; scans are free. State that unused credits roll over, purchased top-ups do not expire, and set out your refund and cancellation position. Cancelling ends future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. AI-generated content
This one matters. Drafts are machine-generated and must be reviewed before publishing — they can contain errors. Say who owns the output, that the customer is responsible for what they publish, and that DraftLynx makes no guarantee of search rankings, traffic or AI-engine citation.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on services like WordPress that DraftLynx does not control. Disclaim responsibility for their availability or for changes they make.
7. Liability and warranties
Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties, drafted to be enforceable in your jurisdiction. Get this reviewed rather than adapted from another company's terms.
8. Changes, termination and governing law
How terms change and how users are told, grounds for suspension or termination, and which jurisdiction's law applies.
